BringIt Delivery
A mobile app for a student-run food delivery platform at Duke University that I designed and built to expand our user base and tap into a market dominated by Postmates and UberEats. Our value proposition stems from our payment platform - we uniquely accept university food points.
I wrote an in-depth case study about my design process for BringIt 1.0 (2015) here - check it out!
The Brand
BringIt Delivery's unique logo conveys the personality of the brand - bold, simple and always in motion. I have taken these traits and incorporated them into each aspect of the company, from the app's design language to the delivery service's various marketing campaigns.
The Walkthrough
Here's a demo of GoBringIt 2.0 working on the Xcode simulator, highlighting the main features of the app and the navigation system and interactions I designed and developed for it.

The Marketing
I have thus far used a holistic approach to marketing this service, which translates to a few things: first, I design and deploy Facebook cover photos for company members to post and share personally; next, I post to Duke University's class Facebook groups to grows student interest and send users to our site; finally, I send out a MailChimp campaign to a list of 2000 students to inform and convert them to our platform.
Looking to the future, I will be designing more posters and flyers to put up around campus, and when the app officially launches, we will be offering an incentive of free delivery for first-time users who download it. We are also looking to set up more interactive advertising campaigns such as a design-your-own-sushi-roll competition.
